Product Description

Bravecto is a veterinary medicinal product in the form of chewable tablets for the treatment of flea and tick infestations in dogs. It contains fluralaner, a systemic insecticide and acaricide that provides persistent protection against several flea and tick species. It can also be used as part of a treatment strategy for flea allergy dermatitis (FAD).

Indications

Bravecto provides:

• Flea control against Ctenocephalides felis for up to 12 weeks.

• Tick control against Ixodes ricinus, Dermacentor reticulatus and Dermacentor variabilis for up to 12 weeks.

• Tick control against Rhipicephalus sanguineus for up to 8 weeks.

Fleas and ticks must attach to the dog and begin feeding to be exposed to the active substance. The onset of activity is approximately 8 hours after flea attachment and 12 hours after *Ixodes ricinus
